The story of Tracy P!

Before I became a carer, I worked for a big retail company for 23 years. For 11 of those years, I was responsible for the deliveries, so I was used to being out and about meeting new people. 

Then there came a time I wanted a change in career. I became a carer and I have loved every minute. My only regret is that I didn’t do it sooner!! I love the reward and satisfaction it gives me, knowing I have helped someone with their everyday life. I know that doing my job, I can help people remain independent, in their own home. 

In my spare time I love looking after my granddaughter’s and we are always doing TikTok's together (they are much better dancers than me!) I also try to go on holiday 2-3 times a year with my best friend where I can drink a cocktail or two (🤥)
