Care Assistant – The Care Team

Meet Rachel

Rachel joined Right at Home Cheshire East in 2021. Originally in a residential setting, she moved over to domiciliary care so that she had a better work life balance.  


Rachel says: 

I started care around 7 years ago as I wanted to help people who couldn't complete there own daily needs and to help people remain as independent as possible. I also have 3 young children so wanted a job that was flexible around my family life. I started care and have not looked back. I enjoy the job as I meet people everyday of all different backgrounds and disabilities. They are so grateful for the help that they get from myself and this makes me happy to know that they are receiving the care that they want correctly. 

In my spare time I like to take my girls out and see family and friends.
