I have worked at Right at Home for fourteen months now and I can honestly say it is the best choice I have ever made. From previously working in the hospitality industry, it feels like a breath of fresh air. I chose to work in the care industry as I am a firm believer in giving back to the community and giving what I can to help others who need it, and I can feel the difference it makes to the clients. The team and management here are nothing short of kind, compassionate and supportive with everything to ensure that we give the best quality care to all our clients.

Being a student myself, this is the best job to maintain a healthy work/life balance that allows to work the hours that I need to whilst also making time to manage my degree. Working here has strengthened my communication and teamwork skills with others whilst also giving me the freedom work in my own capacity confidently and responsibly. I have learnt so much in my time here and this will carry through me within all aspects of my life.

To me this is not just a job, but a lifestyle and I highly recommend that everyone should try.
